A hill near the village of Rumyantzevo. Its name brings associations for a high place, a rising ground and it reminds of the mountain Viskyar's name in Western Bulgaria. The local people relate the name of the hill to the steep terrain of the region. It is located 3 km. to the south of the village. It starts from Shvinski Dol and continues in southeastern direction while its eastern slopes run through the land of the village of Golyama Brestnitza, and the southern ones in the land of the village of Zlatna Panega. By its geological structure it is an extension of the anticline of Belene, which limestone strata disappear under the Tertiary sediments of marls and gritstones. Its strata recedes from the anticline with rise from north to southeast and they are well outlined at the excavation of the railway line Cherven Bryag - Zlatna Panega. It is overlaid with shallow grey forest soil. About four fifths of its surface is overgrown with moss-caped oak and oak. The remaining part is a surface of meadows and grasslands. There are also cultivations of black pine and acacia on the hill. In the southern slopes of the hill, descending to the land of the village of Zlatna Panega, there has been a monastery which ruins are barely visible.
